This role is designed for individuals who have strong analytical skills and experience working with customer data to improve business performance. The Manager – Data & CLM will play an important role in analyzing customer insights and supporting strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention.


About the Role

The Manager – Data & CLM position focuses on managing customer data and supporting Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) strategies. The role helps the organization understand customer behavior, improve service delivery, and develop targeted campaigns that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities

1.Drive Data Hygiene
  • Develop programs to drive data users through the open market device selling outlets
  • Drive smartphone penetration through retail, franchise and open market

Working with internal and external customers to drive end to end flawless implementation and execution


  • Ensuring whole ecosystem (Group, CEO, Network, IT, CX, Sales,
  • Finance, SCM, HR and Legal, franchise, channel partner, DSA, commando and Retail are fully aligned to the data initiatives being executed


2.Drive innovation 

  • Have 1 innovation a quarter
  • Drive Data VAS – selling a purpose to use data, not only the MB itself


3.Grow Data NPS 
  • Make sure product awareness is driven on the ground through Brand
    and Sales
  • As few as possible calls to the call center and on social
  • Develop programs to drive gifting and promote word-by-mouth


4.Achieve the desired revenue from the base by designing and developing customized programs

  • Prepaid: By planning and achieving an optimal balance between the recharge revenue and the usage by the customer

5.To create customer base stickiness and hence reduce churn 

  • Designing, managing, analyzing programs and offers to create stickiness of the base to the network and hence building loyalty


6.Ensure an error free process for various tariffs/ promotional programs
  • Develop and implement a process resulting in No customers complaints while availing of the program benefits

 
Qualifications

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills    

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field

Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)
